The Story–Student Edition

See You At The Pole

On September 28th, millions of students will gather around the flag pole in front of their local middle or high school to pray for the administration, teachers, classmates, and community. We, at EPIC, would like to a part of those millions but we need your help. We are looking for a parent who can meet at the various local schools to head up a prayer time.
If you are interested in helping impact the local schools and the students as well and can help with this event, please e-mail Ryan at ryan@gracepoint.cc as soon as possible.

2011 Couch Races

At EPIC, we are about moving couches out of the living room and on to the pavement.
You will be put on teams of four. You can either just show up and be placed on a team or you can build your own team with your friends.
There are two categories of competition:
—SPEED
—DESIGN
Your couch may not be the fastest, but is it the prettiest?
Bring your own couch, fully decorated, ready to RACE.
WHEN: October 2, 2011 from 4:30-7:30 pm
WHERE: Grace Point Community Church
WHO: 6th-12th Graders (Parents are VERY encouraged to attend)
COST: $5.00 per person or $20.00 per team
WHAT TO BRING: Couch—ready to race, registration money, release form, TEAMMATES
